These tracks were written for The Art of Hiking videos and shorts made by Helen Hajnoczky across 2022 and 2023. Each video shows an excursion into nature and the visual art that the excursion inspired. The videos can be found on Helen's channel: www.youtube.com/@ateacozyisasometimes
